This vacation rental is walking distance to Falmouth Center and Surf Drive Beach and is located on the Falmouth Road Race route! The home is modern and clean with an easy floor plan. The living room is open to the dining area, all with hardwood floors. The kitchen is light and airy and fully equipped for all your culinary needs. The first floor has a full bath and two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other a queen size bed. The second floor also has a full bath and two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one with a double bed and a trundle bed (two twins). Brand new hardwood floors to be installed upstairs by summer 2017. Amenities include a dishwasher, washer/dryer, cable TV, and Internet. There is a nice size private back yard, perfect for the outdoor games available in the garage along with 3 adult bicycles, beach chairs and a cooler. There is also a patio with a gas grill and patio set for outdoor grilling and dining. A brand new outdoor shower was completed in July 2016.
